### Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wax Assembly Specialist to join our team at Precision Castparts. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for assembling complex components, including gating systems, to produce high-quality mold forms.

### Key Responsibilities

* Inspect patterns and determine assembly methods to ensure accurate and efficient production
* Assemble complex wax patterns and gating components using various hand tools and equipment
* Weld gates into place using torches or hot pencils
* Maintain dimensional integrity and stability during the assembly process
* Identify and report safety problems and adhere to plant and department safety rules

### Requirements

* 2 years of production wax assembly experience preferred
* Equivalent combination of experience and training
* Thorough knowledge of assembly techniques, methods, materials, fixturing, and construction
* Ability to follow and communicate complex written and verbal instructions
* Demonstrated high degree of manual dexterity
* Ability to work in conditions with exposure to noise, fumes, crowding, and chemicals
