Job Summary

Momentum Manufacturing Group LLC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Associate to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for helping to achieve daily production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily production targets
  • Perform tasks such as machine set-ups, quality control inspections, and material handling
  • Monitor scrap rates and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives to optimize production processes
  • Work overtime as required to meet production demands

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of related experience and/or training
  • Basic math skills and ability to read blueprints
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift 50 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment
