Sterile Processing Technician Job Description

Cross Country Allied is seeking a skilled Sterile Processing Technician to work on a local contract basis in Santa Monica, California.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise staff in surgical instrument preparation, including instrument count sheets for assigned services.
  • Organize and maintain sterile instrument inventory systems for assigned services.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • National Certified Registered Central Service Technician (CRCST) or National Certified Sterile Processing and Distribution Technician (CSPDT) certification.
  • 5 years of recent instrumentation/sterilization experience in an acute hospital setting.
