Dishware Attendant

We are seeking a highly skilled Dishware Attendant to join our team at RA Sushi. This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in food preparation and cleaning.

The estimated salary for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for washing and cleaning tableware, pots, pans, and cooking equipment as well as performing utility and/or maintenance duties in the restaurant as assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading, running, and unloading the dish machine
• Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the dish machine
• Monitoring water temperature to ensure sanitary wash cycles
• Cleaning and storing all tableware and kitchenware
• Keeping the dish room clean and organized
• Maintaining adequate levels of clean tableware for dining and kitchen areas
• Bagging and disposing of trash at designated times
• Handling tableware carefully to prevent breakage and loss
• Maintaining inventory of dish detergents and cleaning supplies
• Cleaning food preparation and production areas as needed

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation preferred
• Previous experience in food preparation or a similar role preferred but not required
• Previous experience working in a restaurant or catering business highly desirable
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Must be eligible to work in the United States
