Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Sonographer to join our team at HCA Florida Capital Hospital. As a Diagnostic Sonographer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures under the supervision of a physician.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform diagnostic ultrasound procedures using advanced equipment and technology
  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain procedures, and provide emotional support
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information and procedure results
Requirements:
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
  • Certificate or Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography
  • Registered Vascular Specialist, Vascular Sonography, or Registered Vascular Technician (RVT) certification within 1 year of employment start date
