Job Summary:

We are seeking qualified individuals to join our team of adjunct faculty members at Blue Ridge Community College. As an adjunct faculty member, you will be responsible for teaching nursing courses and contributing to the development of our nursing program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach nursing courses to students at Blue Ridge Community College
  • Develop and implement curriculum to meet the needs of our nursing program
  • Assess student learning and provide feedback to students
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to the development of our nursing program

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in nursing or a related field
  • At least 18 graduate credit hours in the specific discipline
  • Teaching experience and a strong understanding of adult learning principles

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ph.D. in nursing or a related field
  • Experience teaching nursing courses at a community college or university
