Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Job Description

This role is responsible for designing scalable data architectures, solution performance tuning, and delivering high-quality business intelligence solutions to clients. As a key member of our team, you will analyze complex business problems, recommend visualization solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Gather business requirements and map them to functional and technical design
  • Design and build data models, queries, reports, and dashboards using business intelligence tools adhering to established frameworks and standards
  • Analyze raw data sets to create meaningful impact on large business customers
  • Present business and technology information with sensitivity to stakeholders
  • Participate in discussions around reporting requirements, infrastructure needs, and design
  • Consistently deliver business intelligence solutions on schedule
  • Bring structure to ambiguous business problems and recommend visualization solutions
  • Maintain and improve all documentation and procedures for report design and production
  • Sponsor teamwork and encourage collaboration
  • Influence business process improvements by integrating data/tools with people/purpose
Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Key Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a business/reporting analyst in a dynamic environment with demonstrated reporting, analytical, and database experience
  • 3+ years Qlik development experience with proficiency in developing and modeling using Qlik Sense
  • Experience with data modeling frameworks & techniques and AWS is required
  • Work experience in Pharma industry, particularly in Clinical Trial space, is highly valued
  • Strong analytic skills with ability to gather, synthesize, and organize data to solve complex problems
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with business and systems personnel
