Soccer Shots Central Massachusetts is seeking a highly motivated and energetic Youth Soccer Instructor to join our team. As a part-time soccer coach, you will be responsible for conducting soccer sessions for children aged 2-8, promoting character development, and creating a fun and engaging experience for our participants.

We offer a paid comprehensive training program to learn our curriculum, coaching techniques, and best practices. Our coaches are expected to be safety conscious, adaptable, and able to work effectively with children, families, and other staff members.

The job requires no prior sports or coaching experience, but we do require a genuine passion for working with children and the ability to stand, jog, and model children's soccer skills.
