Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing and executing treatment plans tailored to each child's needs, providing exceptional therapy, and overseeing a talented team to ensure top-notch care.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for children with autism
  • Provide direct therapy services to children and families
  • Supervise and mentor a team of ABA therapists to ensure high-quality care
  • Collaborate with families and state directors to ensure progress and updates
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

  • Current BCBA certification
  • Active LBA certification in Virginia or a willingness to obtain one

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of $60 - $85 or an annual salary of $70,000 - $90,000
