Job Summary

Abacus is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Supervisor to oversee the custodial services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising staff during the 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift, providing training and support, creating and managing work schedules, and conducting inspections to ensure quality and address any deficiencies. Additionally, the supervisor will report to the On-Site Manager and assist with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial services and excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise custodial staff during the 6:00 PM to 12:00 AM shift
Provide training and support to custodial staff
Create and manage work schedules
Conduct inspections during the shift to ensure quality and address any deficiencies
Report to the On-Site Manager and assist with administrative tasks as needed
Oversee quality control measures, ensuring compliance with cleanliness and hygiene standards
Provide feedback and training to custodial staff to improve performance

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in custodial services
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Ability to lead and manage a team
Strong attention to detail
Experience in quality control within the custodial industry is preferred
