Nurse Manager

At LifeBridge Health, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Manager to lead our High Intensity Care Unit (HICU) at Levindale Hospital. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of healthcare professionals to provide safe and effective patient care
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and services
- Monitor and evaluate patient care to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
- Provide education and training to staff on clinical procedures and best practices
- BSN degree and National certification preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
