Nuclear Medicine Technologist

As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at CentraCare's Heart and Vascular Center, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge imaging equipment and techniques, performing a variety of nuclear medicine procedures on patients. This role offers a unique blend of clinical and technical skills, allowing you to serve patients in both the hospital and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform nuclear medicine procedures, including general nuclear and cardiac imaging
- Operate mobile service units to provide services in surrounding communities
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an American Medical Association (AMA) approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology
- Two years experience in nuclear medicine preferred
- American Registry for Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (CNMT) Registered or Registry Eligible
- Nuclear Cardiology Technology certification preferred
