Specialty Cheese Expert

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Cheese Shop team as a Specialty Cheese Customer Service representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, educating customers on our unique cheese offerings, and ensuring the freshest and best variety of cheeses are on display and available throughout the day.

1. Provide exceptional customer service by proactively approaching customers and answering questions about our cheese offerings.
2. Take orders, package product, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
3. Consistently grow product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new and featured items.
4. Unload daily deliveries and stock cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory.
