Kelly Services, Inc is seeking a skilled Shipping and Receiving Worker to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient movement of goods within our facility.
Key Responsibilities- Operate a Forklift Safely: Safely operate a forklift to pull and receive inventory from and into specific locations in the warehouse.
- Accurate Inventory Management: Ensure accurate counts of products for each pick and receipt.
- Support Production: Provide support for production by staging components.
- Inventory Handling: Handle inventory individually by placing it onto pallets to complete shipment and receipt per work order and instructions.
- Palletizing and Securing: Shrink wrap pallets to securely package products using hand, shrink wrapper, or automated pallet wrapper. Secure the load to prevent damage during transportation.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
