Key Responsibilities- Safely Operate a Propane Delivery Truck: Ensure the safe operation of a propane delivery truck along designated delivery routes.
- Deliver Propane to Customers: Fill residential and commercial bulk tanks with propane and deliver propane cylinders to commercial/industrial customers.
- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their propane needs are met.
- Adhere to Safety Protocols: Consistently follow all federal and state codes and regulations, as well as AmeriGas Safety and Operations Policies and Procedures.
- Valid CDL A or B License: Possess a valid CDL A or B license with Hazmat and Tanker Endorsements.
- Propane Industry Experience: Previous experience in the propane industry is a plus.
- Physical Demands: Ability to load/unload 50-pound cylinders (up to 200/day) and pull 75-pound hoses that are 150 feet or more.
- Relocation: Must live within 25 miles of Bozeman, MT with no more than a 45-minute commute, or be willing to relocate for this position.
- Competitive Compensation: Hourly rate: $28.75, average of 40-50 hours weekly, overtime pay after 40 hours worked at time and a half.
