Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join our team at Wilshire Law Firm. As an Associate Attorney, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our clients' lives by fighting for their rights and winning large settlements and verdicts.


Duties and Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include participating in depositions and other hearings, drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, developing legal strategies to resolve cases, and representing clients in personal injury matters.


Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must be licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar, have at least one year of experience specializing in personal injury litigation, and possess strong critical thinking, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.


Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000-$230,000 based on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement, varied medical, dental, and vision plans, firm-paid life and AD&D insurance, paid time off, and paid holidays, plus other benefits including FSA, EAP, pet insurance, and 401(k).
