Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to create a memorable experience for our customers.
  • Manage and coordinate birthday parties and group events, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
  • Ensure accurate cash and till management for their drawer.
  • Promote additional sales of party add-ons and merchandise.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management or needed by the business.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
