About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Nextaff. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for assessing patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop personalized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to develop treatment plans
  • Provide advice and support for family members and caregivers
  • Assist patients with exercises for pain relief
  • Review and adapt treatment plans as needed
  • Perform administrative tasks such as record-keeping and reporting

Requirements:
  • Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
  • BLS/CPR Certification
  • Copy of Negative TB test/Chest X-ray
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Observational and analytical skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Teamwork skills
