Job Overview

National Enrichment Group, the leading Health, Wellness, Nutrition, and Education management group, seeks highly motivated freelance Hip Hop Dance Instructors to support our youth programs in Greenwich, CT.

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and professional individuals who can foster a love of dance among students aged 4-5 years old. As a freelance Hip Hop Dance Instructor, you will lead classes, manage classrooms, and promote values of respect, team, and passion.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead hip hop dance classes for 15-20 students between the ages of 4-5 years old.
  • Facilitate social group work model classes.
  • Manage classroom setup and preparation before each class.
  • Ensure classrooms are left in good condition after each class.
  • Build positive relationships with staff, scholars, and parents.
  • Follow up with the NYEG Director of Operations after classes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Candidates should be responsible, punctual, flexible, honest, self-motivated, and have integrity.
  • They should be comfortable working with children and independently leading a class.
  • A relevant performance background is essential.
Schedule and Location

Classes will take place in Greenwich, CT, on specific days as outlined below:

Mondays: December 9, 16, 23, 30, January 6, 13, 20, 27, February 3, 10, 24, March 3, 10

Time: 2:50pm-3:50pm

Estimated Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
