About the Role

Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is seeking a skilled Assembly Specialist to join our team. As an Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for assembling and testing various components and products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety: Ensure a safe working environment by following all safety policies and procedures, reporting any safety issues to supervisors, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
  • Production: Assemble and test products according to standard work procedures, utilizing various tools and equipment, including air and hand tools, and safety knives.
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and accuracy, identifying and reporting any defects or issues to supervisors.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve production goals, assisting with tasks and duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
  • Location: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.
