\tProvide personalized care to clients and patients based on their unique needs and goals.
\tMonitor and track changes in clients' conditions and update their families accordingly.
\tCollaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
\tMaintain accurate records and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
\t
\t**Clinical Requirements:**
\t\tPhlebotomy in pediatrics and adults
\t\tIV starts in pediatrics and adults
\t\tPICC lines
\t\tPorts
\t\tIVIG administration
\t\tHemophiliacs and factor administration
\t\tEnzyme administration
\t\tIV antibiotic administration
\t
\t**Requirements:**
\t\tCurrent unrestricted RN license in the state of Utah
\t\tCertified CPR and negative TB skin test or chest x-ray (may obtain after hire)
\t\tMinimum one (1) year of documented experience required in IV Infusions in a Home Care setting.
\t\tLicensed driver with valid automobile insurance and reliable vehicle
\t\tMust be able to stand, walk, squat, bend, kneel, reach, twist, push, and pull. Varied assistance is required depending on the mobility of the client.
