Optometric Assistant

We're seeking a charismatic Optometric Assistant to join our team. As a Telehealth Specialist, you'll be the face of our patient care, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience for every patient during our remote eye exams.

You'll be trained and knowledgeable about eye health, preliminary testing, optics, and our products/services. Your role will involve:

• Personally assisting remote eye exam processes
• Acting as liaison between patients and Telemedicine Remote Physicians
• Maintaining complete and accurate patient records
• Introducing patients to ODs and providing important patient information
• Transitioning patients from doctor to sales floor and providing associates with necessary information to educate and recommend products and services
• Executing day-to-day operational activities to support exam lane maintenance and patient experience goals

We're looking for individuals with related customer or patient experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
