Job Title: Radiologic Technologist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our team at HexaQuEST Health, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of imaging procedures using both stationary and portable equipment. This includes working with patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform imaging procedures using X-ray and other equipment
  • Position patients correctly for optimal image quality
  • Administer contrast materials and monitor patients for allergic reactions
  • Transport patients to and from radiology department
  • Maintain accurate records and reports
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement activities

Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Graduation from an AMA-approved school of Radiologic Technology
  • Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists
  • Certified by the State of Mississippi to practice and administer radiation
  • Current BCLS certification

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and communicate effectively in English
  • Additional languages may be helpful
  • Computer and data entry skills

Work Environment:

This job requires exposure to the following environmental conditions:
