Dental Care Specialist

The Ultimate Dental Group is a dynamic dental practice seeking an Associate Dentist for our Richmond location. This role offers clinical mentorship and coaching, as well as access to digitally equipped facilities.
We are committed to providing high-quality patient care, and our team of dedicated professionals work collaboratively to achieve this goal.
This position requires a DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school and a valid Virginia dental license. Experience working with Eaglesoft digital dental software is preferred but not required.
Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated based on industry standards in Richmond, VA).
Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients.
- Provide dental care services, including fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Educate patients on oral health and proper dental hygiene practices.
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
- Valid Virginia dental license.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and staff members.
