Geriatric Caregiver

We are seeking an experienced Geriatric Home Health Aide to provide high-quality care to our patients in a Nursing Home setting. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our patients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide personal care and support to patients with complex needs
• Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams

Requirements:
• 6 months of recent experience as a Geriatric Home Health Aide in a Nursing Home setting
• Active New York State Home Health Certification
• Current BLS Certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
