Acara Solutions, a leading aerospace staffing services firm, is seeking a highly skilled Reliability Engineer to join their team in Burbank, CA.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and reliability engineering, with experience in performing safety, reliability, and maintainability analyses on new product designs.

Responsibilities will include participating in engineering design reviews, generating system safety requirements, and performing safety analysis for brake control systems.

The successful candidate will also have experience with reliability analysis of electronic, electro-mechanical, and mechanical components, as well as knowledge of industry standards and guidelines such as SAE ARP 4761 and MIL-STD-882E.

Additionally, the candidate will have strong technical writing skills and be able to generate safety, reliability, and maintainability analysis documents.

Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering and a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in safety and reliability engineering.

Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in engineering and experience in safety, reliability, and maintainability analysis of commercial and military aircraft systems and components.

This is an aerospace/defense ITAR facility, and U.S. Persons are required. (Green Card ok)
