Dishroom Attendant

Job Summary

Legends is seeking a Dishroom Attendant to join our team at WinStar World Casino. As a Dishroom Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes, utensils, and equipment are properly cleaned and stored.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor stock levels and obtain supplies as needed.
• Ensure that assigned areas are kept clean and orderly.
• Assist with emptying pallets and stocking storeroom and side stations.
• Set up and maintain a clean, neat, and safe work area.
• Wash all china, glass, and silverware.
• Clean all equipment, pots, and pans.
• Store all equipment in proper locations.
• Sweep and mop all floors in the kitchen.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Transport food and equipment throughout the venue.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in a high-volume kitchen area.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand, sit, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
• Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, and holidays.
