Physician - Family Medicine Specialist

We are seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine physician to join our growing family medicine practice at our FPN Ferry Street Family Medicine Clinic in Lafayette, IN.
About the RoleThis physician would join a thriving practice consisting of three physicians and three nurse practitioners, as well as an experienced support staff.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and clinical excellence
- Develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff
- Work collaboratively with all physicians and staff members to deliver the highest quality of patient care
- Participate in shared call with a 1:4 ratio and utilize a nurse triage system
- Provide oversight to one nurse practitioner
- Offer telehealth services
- Have access to on-site lab services
