Key Responsibilities for the Lead Maintenance Technician:

  • Proven supervisory experience in multifamily property management as a Lead Maintenance Technician is MANDATORY.
  • HVAC Certification is ESSENTIAL.
  • Ability to effectively mentor and guide fellow service staff throughout the workday, acting as a team leader.
  • Assist in fulfilling service requests promptly.
  • Support the team with make-ready processes and apartment upgrades, ensuring efficient scheduling and timely completion of work orders.
  • Availability to be on-call as per the established schedule.
  • Must possess personal tools and reliable transportation.
  • Assist with various projects as directed by the Property Manager.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a PLUS, though not required.

Working Environment for the Lead Maintenance Technician:

  • This role requires regular standing, walking, and sitting. Occasional reaching, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and lifting (up to 50 pounds individually and 100 pounds with assistance) may be necessary. The working environment is primarily outdoors, with occasional off-site duties.
  • All property employees must adhere to the company uniform policy, which will be provided on the first day of employment.
