Key Responsibilities:
As a Nursing Unit Supervisor, you will:
  • Deliver personalized healthcare to residents while overseeing a team of caregivers to ensure their comfort and safety.
  • Administer nursing care, including executing prescribed treatments such as wound care, blood draws, and catheter management.
  • Oversee daily operations of nursing aides and support staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as documenting patient assessments and managing inventory.
  • Facilitate the admission, transfer, and discharge processes for residents.
  • Execute emergency procedures, including CPR, when necessary.

Qualifications:
To qualify for this position, candidates must:
  • Hold a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee or a compact state.
  • Possess a valid CPR certification.
  • Be capable of lifting objects up to 50 pounds regularly.
  • Supervise and train support staff, including scheduling and performance reviews.
