  • Communicate mechanical issues and necessary repairs effectively to Service Advisors.
  • Engage in continuous learning of new technical information and methodologies through FCA training and in-house programs.
Qualifications:
  • Chrysler certification and/or relevant experience is essential.
  • A minimum of 5 years of franchise experience is preferred, although equivalent certifications may suffice.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and repairing engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brake, and AC systems.
  • Must possess a clean, valid driver's license.
