The Staffing Associate provides critical administrative support to the Department of Nursing and Patient Services at UF Health. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate records of scheduled time, unscheduled time, time worked, time paid, and attendance are maintained for assigned cost centers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of staffing data
  • Provide communication linkage between Department of Nursing, Patient Services employees, Nursing Management, and nursing units
  • Support the Department of Nursing and Patient Services by following established office procedures
  • Ensure accurate documents are available for staff review

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required
  • Minimum of two years continuous full-time work experience required
  • Work experience in positions requiring extensive phone contact, public contact, or public service strongly preferred
  • Computer knowledge required
  • Ability to work flexible hours/shifts and rotate weekends
  • Demonstrated interpersonal relationships and communication skills
  • Clear speech and legible handwriting
  • Ability to handle multiple demands/requests simultaneously with follow-through
