About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience
  • Manage assigned departments, including Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management
  • Set goals, delegate tasks, and follow up on results
  • Ensure that all service staff are trained in service procedures and that the Front Counter and Drive-Thru areas are organized for optimal service
  • Control food cost and ensure that all kitchen staff are trained in production procedures
  • Recruit, train, and schedule employees to meet restaurant sales and profit goals
Requirements

We are looking for a positive team player with flexible scheduling who likes to have fun and has the passion to work in a fast-paced environment. Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.

You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate-owned and operated restaurants.
