- Knowledge of animal services and welfare programs, with a strong understanding of customer relations practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
- Experience in an animal-related field, including animal handling and welfare.
- Knowledge of conflict resolution and negotiation techniques.
- Ability to work in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction.
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
