Key Responsibilities- Culinary Leadership: Direct and manage the culinary team to ensure exceptional food quality, presentation, and service.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with our dietitians to design and implement menus that meet the dietary needs and preferences of our residents.
- Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering and inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations and minimize waste.
- Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing culinary team, including kitchen staff and management.
