At Governor's Park Dental Group, we're seeking a skilled Dental Care Navigator to play a key role in guiding patients through their treatment journey with empathy and expertise.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of dental experience, solid computer skills, and the ability to work effectively with technology such as Dentrix (Dentrix Ascend).

In this role, you will be responsible for planning dental treatment, discussing financial plans with patients, and scheduling appointments. Your excellent communication and organizational skills will enable you to update patient personal insurance information, enter payments and personal insurance onto patient accounts, prepare daily deposits, and run A/R reports and insurance.
