Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Residential Service Plumber to join our team at Work With Your Handz. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing plumbing systems in residential settings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete plumbing services, including drain cleaning and related service calls.
  • Repair and install pipes, tanks, water fixtures, and various systems.
  • Build relationships with customers and educate them on available options.
  • Present yourself as knowledgeable and professional, ensuring repeat business.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace and well-inventoried truck.
  • Engage in training exercises, meetings, and retreats.
  • Train and guide apprentices for efficient repairs and installations.
  • Accurately complete invoices, time cards, feedback, and option sheets.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of plumbing experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Passion for plumbing solutions.
  • Ability to work individually and thrive as part of a team.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
