Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Exhibit world-class sales and customer service skills by selling Deseret Book products and services.
- Operational Support: Assist customers by operating cash registers, locating products, taking orders, imprinting, and gift-wrapping.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain store appearance and organization by stocking shelves, unpacking merchandise shipments, and assisting with merchandise presentation.
- Flexibility: Work various shifts including days, evenings, and Saturdays.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service and sales skills to our customers.
- Product Knowledge: Good product knowledge is preferred.
- Computer Skills: Computer skills are helpful.
- Teamwork: Good team skills are essential.
- Self-Motivation: Be self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Physical Demands: Ability to regularly lift 20 lbs and occasionally lift 35-50 lbs.
- Communication: Ability to hear, understand, and respond to customers and associates.
