About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Department Manager to join our team at McDonald's. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead shifts and ensure that customers receive a fast, accurate, and friendly experience every visit.
  • Manage assigned departments, such as Guest Service, Kitchen, and People, and ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently.
  • Set goals and delegate tasks to team members, and follow up to ensure that they are completed.
  • Report results back to the team and other managers, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
