Role Overview:

Quality Correctional Care is a leading provider of medical and mental healthcare services to justice-involved patients. We are seeking a skilled Traveling Correctional Mental Health Professional to join our team. As a Traveling Provider, you will be responsible for providing counseling and treatment services to corrections-involved individuals, conducting assessments, and developing treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for patients referred by security, healthcare staff, and other community sources.
  • Provide essential treatment services such as psychoeducational and transitional groups, and intervene in crisis situations.
  • Evaluate medication adherence and coordinate with prescribing providers for medication evaluations.
  • Participate in treatment team multidisciplinary meetings and administrative meetings to ensure effective care coordination.
  • Document findings in the patient's health record and ensure compliance with facility and company policies and procedures.
Salary and Benefits:
  • A salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, medical insurance (PPO or HSA), dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
