We are seeking experienced researchers to join our team at the Department of Family and Preventive Medicine at RUSH University Medical Center. As a Research Faculty member, you will play a crucial role in advancing our research mission and contributing to the department's initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct rigorous, grant-funded health services research
  • Contribute to departmental initiatives and collaborate with colleagues
  • Develop and implement research projects, including study design, data collection, and analysis
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals and present at conferences
Requirements
  • Family physicians or PhD researchers with training in health services research, behavioral sciences, translational basic science, public health, social sciences, or other related fields
  • Experience or interest in initiatives such as establishing a primary care focused practice-based research network or bioinformatics
  • Leadership opportunities for established investigators within the department and across the larger medical center
