Job Summary:
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing speech therapy services to students from Pre-K through 12th grade, supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs), and collaborating with educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality speech therapy services to students with a range of communication disorders
- Supervise and mentor SLPAs to ensure effective delivery of services
- Collaborate with educators to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop goals
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and educators to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Active Maryland SLP license
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
