The Trillium Staffing team is currently seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow IT Strategist to lead the development and implementation of our comprehensive IT Service Management (ITSM) solution.

This role will require the successful candidate to possess a deep understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its applications, as well as exceptional leadership skills to drive strategic planning and project execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive ITSM strategy that aligns with organizational goals and objectives.
  2. Project Execution: Lead the implementation of key ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, IT Operations Management (ITOM), and Human Resources Service Delivery (HRSD).
  3. Team Leadership: Oversee a team of ServiceNow analysts, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure successful project execution.
  4. System Integration: Design and implement system integrations between ServiceNow and other clinical applications, such as Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Laboratory Information Systems (LIS).
  5. Workflow Optimization: Analyze hospital IT workflows and design ServiceNow solutions to enhance operational efficiency and support patient care initiatives.
  6. Training and Support: Provide training and mentorship to IT teams and hospital staff to maximize the potential of ServiceNow tools.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field.
  2. 5-7 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in a hospital or healthcare IT environment.
  3. 2+ years of experience in a leadership or senior analyst role, demonstrating strong team management and strategic planning capabilities.
  4. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certification preferred.
  5. Familiarity with healthcare-specific systems and interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR.
  6. Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision, while effectively leading teams and managing multiple projects and priorities.
