Background & Purpose of the Role

You will join the North America Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for recruitment efforts in our ice cream factory in Sikeston, MO. As a key member of the team, you will be tasked with developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent for various roles within the factory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to meet business objectives
  • Source and attract top talent for factory roles
  • Partner with hiring managers to create job descriptions, interview plans, and offer strategies
  • Utilize various sourcing platforms, including Workday, to identify and engage passive candidates
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through all stages of the recruitment process

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
  • 3+ years of recruitment experience, with a focus on factory and blue-collar recruitment
  • Experience working in an ATS (Workday preferred) and utilizing AI tools for hiring automation
  • Ability to manage multiple complex search assignments and recruitment projects simultaneously
