Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive women's cardiovascular health program, focusing on prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases in women.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of medical professionals, including cardiologists, surgeons, and radiologists, to provide exceptional patient care and advance medical knowledge.
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations, community groups, and industry stakeholders to promote women's cardiovascular health and well-being.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior faculty members and residents, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation in medical education and research.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in women's cardiovascular health and incorporate evidence-based practices into the program.
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree.
- Board certification in Cardiology.
- At least 5 years of experience in clinical leadership and program development, preferably in a cardiovascular health setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex healthcare systems and policies.
