Personal Banker

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Personal Banker to join our team at Frost Bank. As a Personal Banker, you will be the first point of contact for many of our customers, setting the standard for what it means to bank with us.

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
• Educate and advise customers on deposits, loans, and other financial services, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Manage cash handling and teller services, ensuring accurate and efficient transactions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through personalized service and expert advice.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to Frost Bank's policies and procedures.

• Exceptional customer service skills and a passion for delivering outstanding service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner.
• Availability to work a rotating schedule, including Saturdays.
