Job Description

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse upkeep, including picking and verifying orders, loading, and unloading of products, and inventory control using state-of-the-art technology. The ultimate goal of this role is to procure, process, and dispatch products to customers and vendors for one of our established wholesale HVAC distributorships.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Daily loading and unloading of products.
  • Receive, inspect, and stock all merchandise.
  • Verify all items received to items ordered for accuracy.
  • Pick and verify orders for customers and prepare orders for shipment as needed.
  • Responsible for daily checklist of truck and forklift maintenance.
  • Appropriate use and maintenance of OF device.
  • Assist with physical inventory and inventory control.
  • Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, and/or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, distributed, or shipped.
  • Provide excellent customer service to external customers.
Required Qualifications
  • Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide superior service.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • A willingness to learn and grow with our Company.
  • Pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
