Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician will assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, the restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Filtering oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
- Maintaining outside grounds, including landscaping and exterior cleaning.
- Cleaning equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Unloading delivery trucks twice a week to ensure timely receipt of supplies.
- Taking out and emptying trash compactors to maintain a clean and odor-free environment.
- Changing light bulbs to ensure adequate lighting throughout the restaurant.
- Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris to maintain a safe and efficient environment.
Additional Requirements:
This role requires a strong attention to detail, ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges.
