Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced LPN to work in a fast-paced clinical setting, providing exceptional nursing care to our residents. About the Role

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, vision, and dental coverage, 401K with employer match, free life insurance, and paid time off.

Responsibilities

  • Administer medications as directed by individual care plans
  • Conduct resident assessments to identify their unique needs and preferences
  • Lead teams of caregivers to ensure seamless delivery of patient care

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date on best practices in nursing care

Requirements

  • Unencumbered State of Iowa LPN license
  • Prior experience in long-term care or similar settings
