Job Overview

Schneider is seeking a skilled CDL-A Dry Van Truck Driver to join our team in Boston, MA. As a Regional Van Truckload driver, you will enjoy a predictable schedule with a high volume of freight, allowing for maximum drive time and less downtime.

With our consistent freight, you will have the opportunity to improve your planning and reduce your stress levels. Our 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight ensures that you can focus on driving and delivering goods to our customers.

Compensation and Benefits

As a Schneider driver, you will receive competitive pay, including mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty. You will also be eligible for weekly performance pay, paid orientation, and paid time off after 6 months. Additionally, you will have access to our annual bonus program, which can earn you up to 2% of your annual gross pay.

We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, and unlimited referral bonuses. You will also be eligible for tuition reimbursement and credit for military experience and apprenticeship programs.

Requirements

To be eligible for this position, you must have a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL) and a clean driving record. We also offer company-paid CDL training programs for those who need it.
